Bilbao, capital of the province of Vizcaya (Biscay) and part of the autonomous community of the Pais Vasco (the Basque Country), is a destination not to be missed.

It is just 125 kms from Aguilar de Bureba.

Although it cannot boast of the centuries of antiquity of other Spanish cities, its great architectural and infrastructure projects have served as an engine for the urban and economic regeneration of the city. Although each one is unique they share similar characteristics, such as the large clock presiding over a bar of carved wood and zinc, and the glasses positioned with filtered water running continuously. The tables are of marble and the interior walls are usually lined with glazed tiles.
