RESERVATION AND FINAL PAYMENT

To reserve a place in the course the fee is 300 euros.  Once it is paid we will contact you to confirm your place. If there are no spots available for the dates requested the 300 euros will be automatically reimbursed.

Once the booking is confirmed you should proceed to the final payment at least 30 days before the start date.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGE

In the event that payment of the reservation fee or the amount remaining to be paid is made within 30 days before the start date a surcharge of 100 euros will be applied (assuming always that there are still places available).

In any case bookings cannot be taken less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of reservation will only be entitled to the reimbursement of the 300 euros fee if it occurs more than 45 days before the course starts.  If later than 45 days no refund is payable.

In the event of cancellation of the full course:

- 100% of the course fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before course commencement.

- 50% of the course fee between 15 and 30 days before commencement.

- 30% of the course fee between 7 and 14 days before commencement.

- 20% of the course fee between 6 days and the commencement of the course.

- If cancellation occurs any time from the commencement of the course there will not be any entitlement to a refund.
